Notes:
Pyramidal tree 7-8 m high; branchlets turned upwards. 1 year old shoots light brown. Bark rough. Cones serotinous and presumably on tree long after maturity, backwards pointing, 11-12.5 cm long, pale brown, narrow ovate-oblong (closed) curved. Probably name correct.
