Habitat:
Scrub on west-facing slope, amidst broom, bonesseed, sweet brier etc.
Notes:
Shrub c. 1 m high with fairly dense habit from very numerous slender shoots. Foliage deep green, almost obscured at this time with the abundance of golden flowers in upper shoot axils. Rays 3.5-4.5 x 1.7-2 mm, ± oblong. Disc florets same shade of yellow; corolla lobes ± triangular. A single mature shrub with a few seedlings near to original cultivated one.
