Notes:
Red-purple coloured inflorescence. Growing in herbicide sprayed areas around plastic road markers all the way down the Maruia Valley from Murchison to just north of Springs Junction. Only popping up again rarely in one or two places on the other side of Lewis Pass c. turnoff to Hamner Springs. Voucher for NZ Grass Key
