Valley bottom, in mountain beech forest, mossy stump
Notes:
Rhizomes creeping. Stipes glabrous, dark; rachis of lamina slightly winged; frond lamina 3-4-pinnate, to c. 5 cm long, dark green, glabrous. Sori to several per primary pinna, positioned at c. 90° to pinna plane. Indusium flaps c. 1.2 mm long, smooth, connate proximally and tube-forming. Receptacle often protruding slightly. A small patch, rather uncommon.
