Notes:
Bulbous, strongly alliaceous - smelling, herb (bulb not collected). Leaves very flaccid, ± glaucescent, concave above, with keel so prominent beneath that leaf appears triquetrous in T.S. Scapes erect, to c. 90 cm high. Bracts caducous and not present at main flowering. Flowers nodding on curving, unequal pedicles to c. 6 cm long. Perianth campanulate, pale greenish-white or greenish-cream with purple mid vein streak and basal patch on tepals of inner whorl; outer tepals c. 1.4-1.5 cm long, elliptic-oblong; tepals of inner whorl, c. 1.6-1.7 cm long, very broad ovate. Style subequal to the tapering filaments. Ovary summit shining purplish.
