Trackside bank on cinder, N aspect but in partial shade.
Notes:
Oil-bodies absent from older leaves which also commonly become dechlorophyllose (both single cells and groups of cells forming hyaline patches, hyaline cells ca. 20% of cells of leaves several pairs back from shoot apex). In young leaves (1)2(3) per cell, colorless, moderately papillose, mostly ellipsoidal and 8 x 4 um, 9 x 6.5 um, 7 x 3 um, 6.5 x 3 um, less often spherical and 3.5 x 3.5 um, 4 x 4 um, 6.5 x 6.5 um.
