Notes:
Single tree in roadside forest remnant. Growing near bottom of forest remnant on margin of active slip scar leading into stream draining into Te Hoe. Natural of planted? This gathering representing a significant range extension of this species in the eastern North Island, means that its occurence here is suspect, though it is hard to see why it would have been planted in this remote part of the country, and not elsewhere, like for example, the nearby Mahia Beach settlement.
