Notes:
Abundant. Next to Olearia arborescens the next most common shrub in subalpine community. Growing admixed with Olearia arborescens, Halocarpus bidwillii and Dracophyllum subulatum. Disc-florets pink to almost pink-purple. Leaves a little wider than usual for this species in the area - so possibly a hybrid O. arborescens × O. ilicifolia introgressant heading toward pure O. ilicifolia.
