Amongst Catex secta growing on peat in roadside drain (part of the former Komakorau Peat Bog).
Notes:
Common. Heavily flowering. Leaves narrow linear to almost acicular. Specimens 1.2-1.5 m tall but often flowering at a few centimetres in height.
