Notes:
Succulent herb with underground tuber; aerial parts deciduous. Stems erect, mostly forming an inflor, to c. 50 cm high. Basal leaves with lamina < petiole, to c. 8 cm diam, orbicular-peltate & ± depressed in centre; margin scalloped.Stem leaves quickly becoming bract-like and much smaller. Flowers oblique declined to pendant. Corolla 8-9 mm long, cylindric, pale green; lobed c. 2 mm long, broader than long. Glandular scales c. 1 mm long, oblong, red. Numerous plants growing spontaneously from seed.
