Single 1 m tall erect shrub; leaves like small version of Cotoneaster henryanus × Cotoneaster salicifolius (see 5001[CHR 585556]), but hispid below and slightly glossy; veins very slightly impressed above. Seems intermediate between 5001 and 5002 [CHR 585557].
