Notes:
Growing in a sandy, exposed site, just above high tide mark on beach. Garden discard? Plant about 1 m tall, with pale green/yellowish sepals-five. Fruits 2 or 3 (25 mm long - tip 9 mm) more commonly three. Lots of dehiscent seed pods remain. Large woody root, with fresh young plants arising. Thick stem 15 mm diameter. Old leaves leathery, pale green, divided; thickly veined beneath. Both margin & central vein - paler green. Leaf margins toothed.
