Notes:
Two clumps present, larger 1 × 0.5 m; flower bracts bright pink, outer petals blue, petal bases green. Area where garden rubbish has been dumped over the cliff; other weeds also present, especiallt kikuyu grass and Senecio mikanioides (AK 23944). Piece retained to cultivate - leaves with no banding, but scattered white spots are present. Revisited site in Mar 2003 and the plants had gone (slip and rank kikuyu), but 20-30m up the road it was being cultivated outside the first house.
