I do not know what this plant is and agree with KWA [Allison KW] that the leaves are completely entire. However, I would be happier to consider it as aberrant W. [Warstorfia] fluitans than I would be to consider it aberrant Drepanocladus. The habitat and the habit are suggestive of Warnstorfia.
