Plant Register ID: 2004/484 flower/fruit Spikes erect on short peduncles; glumes just < utricles uniformly pale with many fine red striae; awn far excurrent (often = glume length). Utricles beaked, mid-brown, orifice scabrid; stigmas 3, nut trigon. (cf. C. [Carex] flag. [flagellifera] # 4721 [CHR 572264]
