Plant Register ID: 2004/097Fruit yellow - canary yellow. Young leaves flushed purple. Flower petals pale pink-mauve.F1 population grown from Bohs seed.The plants are seed from wild collected specimens by I. Vargas, Santa Cruz, Bolivia originally sent to L. Bohs (author of Monograph 63 'Cyphomandra (Solanaceae)' in Flora Neotropica, Published for Organization for Flora Neotropica by The New York Botanical Garden, 1994) who sent seed to me derived from this collection as Cyphomandra maternum. I can confirm that it appears (unsuprisingly) congruent with Cyphomandra maternum.

From peering at a 1976 Lands and Survey topographical map, the area the samples were taken appears to be 174o 24' longitude and 36o 41' latitude, if I have interpreted it correctly.
