Notes:
Young shrub or small tree c. 1.5 m high; habit dense. Bracts orange glandular-punctate. Calyx black hairy, especially on margins. Corolla mauve-blue, paling to white towards base of petals. Standard with limb c. 1.2 x 1.8 cm, tending subreniform, at right angles to claw. Wings c. 8 mm long, ± enclosing keel. A single plant but several others have appeared from time to time in pots from A.R. Arnold's, Diamond Harbour garden. Adventive.
