Shrub c. 2 m high, evergreen, erect. Leaves shining, dark green above. Flowers very fragrant. Perianth tube 10 - 11 mm long, mauve-pink, densely pubescent; perianth lobes c. 10 mm long, ovate, eventually reflexing, white inside, pale mauve-pink outside & ± hairy. Anthers partly exserted.
