Habitat:
A population of c. 15 plants, all small, a few metres into dry limestone cave. On walls, base of walls, and ceiling. With Asplenium lyallii (LRP 4492) and Cystopteris tasmanica
Notes:
Not previously recorded from the Heaphy area. Spores 43 × 34 um (n = 10) if 50:50 glycerol:water. This is too large to be A. hookerianum, and too wide to be A. gracillimum.
