Notes:
Ex Cult. A small piece gathered from wild on 15 November 1992 by P.J. de Lange & E.K. Cameron. Cultivated at the University of Auckland since then. Major northern range extension of this subspecies. Few flowering pieces seen are female. Collected in the wild amongst boulders at back of beach. Very uncommon.
