Habitat:
Numerous seedlings and flowering plants established in cracked pavement, amongst mosses and along the base of a wooden slat fence delineating back of Jansen's (Animates) Pet Shop. This species was sold by the pet shop as an aquatic plant and it is presumed that these plants originated from seeding individuals held for sale in the compound immediately behind the exist driveway fence.
