Specimen notes
Supplementary remarks:
"Kerry Harrington, of Massey University, and Hilary Webb, of Horizons MW, both checked out the supposed collection site of Nassella neesiana at Massey University and did not find any sign of the weed. Since it is a very difficult weed to eradicate, I think it is safe to assume that it never occured there. Kerry thinks it likely that the student who made the collection actually found the weed in Waipawa, and made a mistake with his labelling." Jane Barton 3 Mar 2007
