Notes:
Common on semi-consolidated sand dune. 8 m tall trees growing on semi-consolidated sand dunes. Trees with wide billowing crowns, multi-trunked from near base. Collections showing "adult" and "juvenile" foliage, the latter from reversion shoots near damaged bases of trunks (stock have access to site and rub against trunks). "Adult" foliage quite distinct from associated shrubs bearing "juvenile" foliage but also setting seed (AK 289328).
