Notes:
Leaves covered with a grey bloom, elongating to c.30cm and forming a plant at the tip when it touches the ground. Leaves ± basal. Flowers pendent in a large dicotomously branching head to c.50cm tall. Panicle on tall stipe. Calyx red above, green below, 4-lobed. Corolla tubular, 4-lobed c.4cm long. Stamens 8, affixed near base of corolla. Carpels 4, not separating.
