Habitat:
Stream bank, under grazed out forest of Sophora sp / Mysine divaricata - Coprosma rotundifolia.
Notes:
Young stems with prominent ridges on opposite sides. Leaves faintly pubescent. Petioles hairy. Leaves thin, soft, paler green. Shrub 3m tall, divaricating. Only 2 shrubs seen in this remnant (a new record). Bark rough, brown.
