Steep south-facing slope in small valley, forested.
Notes:
Trees to >25m high. Leaves coriaceous; juvenile prickly and holly-like; adult leaves entire, fawn indumentum beneath. Old acorns from ground. Specimens from several trees, both adult & juvenile lvs from young ones.
