Habitat:
River bank, at front of tall adventive scrub forest.
Notes:
Vine or liane. Leaves, shoots and tendrils often purple or purple-flushed. Flowers ± pendent. Calyx c.3cm long; lobed to c.2/3rds of calyx; lobes broad & turning outwards, ± pale glaucous with purple tinge often. Corolla c.5.5cm long x c.5cm across lobes, deeply campanulate, constricted just above base, pale green at first, turning purple. Stamens slightly exserted. Style < filaments.
