Notes:
Plant ID: 2000/149. Appears closest to S. italica, but with a number of differences. Needs to be checked against foreign floras. Fruit. 2 plants seen of this sp. Prob. from bird seed fed to caged birds nearby. >5 bristles below each group of spikelets. Cotoneaster (microphylla ?) shrubs in garden - (with grass sp. 3511) [CHR 532837].
