Notes:
Cultivated in sheltered, dry site. Cormous herb; corms not coll. Leaves equitant. Flowers ± secund. Spathe membranous, brown. Perianth 3.5-3.7cm long incl. very slender tube base c.5mm long, orange with yellow base to tube and proximal area of segments, as well as central band of yellow inside for c.1/3 distance to apex. Perianth segments 1.8-2.2cm wide, broad spathulate. A dense band which showed a tendency to spread.
