Cliff edge, exposed, open site, limestone rubble.
Notes:
Herbs with thick taproot. Stems and petiole often purplish, at least towards base. Leaf lamina rugose. Corolla 1.3-1.5cm long, violet-blue excepting white base; upper lip folded & > lower lip, the latter broadly suborbicular. Anthers dark blue. Style and stigmas purple. Very common in this restricted habitat.
