Notes:
Trees 14-15m high. Bark brown and fibrous (collected). Habit rather erect with even ultimate branchlets usually not pendent. Ultimate branches ± terete, dark green in shade, some exposed ones yellowish-green and in flattened sprays (last not usual in Cupressus torulosa). Cones ± shining grey-brown with green umbos. A line of similar trees, specimens from two adjacent ones.
