Notes:
Herb with erect or ascending stems to about 60cm, plant smelling of "woundwort" (Stachys sylvatica) when bruised. Flowers with purplish bracts and calyces. Corolla about 1.4cm long to apex of straight upper lip, mauve-pink with deeper mottling on lower lip, this greater than upper lip and declined. Filaments and style pinkish-mauve. Uncommon.
