In public domain, with many well grown North Island tree species (pohutukawa, karaka, rewarewa, makamaka, parataniwha, kauri, tanekaha and puriri).
Notes:
Three larger trees (one at bottom northern boundary, two at Tindale St entrance), numerous seedlings and saplings, mainly but not only in vicinity of large trees. Southern most known occurrence on the West Coast, but probably planted.
