Habitat:
Small tributary of Hautapu River, incesd on river terrace. Nearby Podocarpus totara on terrace, but among Muehlenbeckia australis and under Prunus sp. (wild plum) and Cotoneaster simonsii. Wet bank.
Notes:
One patch seen, 3m x 1m. House about 200m distant across pasture, so likely garden escape (the sp. is in the garden of that house.)
