Habitat:
Elevated marine terrace, flat; on edge of forest remnant. Tall Kunzea ericoides forest with broad-leaved regeneration of native trees, + 1 Elaeocarpus hookerianus (Ogle 3949).
Notes:
Many plants of this sp. beside Elaeocarpus tree - area about 20 m diameter - only 1 seedling seen in this forest beyond this patch. Mostly scrambling to 1m over Coprosma rhamnoides and juvenile Pennantia corymbosa, but 1 plant climbing to 2.2m with Clematis paniculata. Some plants had flowers + green fruits.
