Habitat:
In open shrubbery of indigenous shrubs and Nothofagus.
Notes:
Shrubs about 2m high with long, flexuous arching branches. Leaves dark shining green above, pale greenish-white tomentose below. Young fruit more or less oblong-obovoid, shining, purple where exposed. A number of plants of different ages in this and surrounding gardens. Adventive.
