Notes:
Large herb with short rhizome. Leaves more or less erect, shining bright green lamina which is more or less puckered. Inflorescence fragrant. Spathe pale green, about 16 x 6.5cm, expanding. Spadix 13.5cm long. Female portion 2cm long, sterile intermediate portion 2.5cm long; male portion 4cm long; sterile appendix about 5cm long, tapering, green, less than spathe. Cultivated plant.
