Notes:
Shrub forming a bush about 1m high. Young shoots subterete, usually pink. Leaves glaucescent beneath. Sepals green or red-tinged. Corolla 4.5-5cm across, forming a shallow cup, golden. Petals about 2.5 x 1.8cm, more or less obovate but very asymmetric. Stamens in bundles of > 30, yellow. Styles pale green. Cultivation relic.
