Erect herbs, presumably annual. Leaves more or less glaucous. Sepals with scarious margins. Petals white, 7-9 x 5-7mm, broadly more or less obcuneate, tending emarginate, patent. Styles two, almost equal stamens. Cultivation relic from flower seeds scattered on surface.
