Notes:
Clump-forming aroid; rhizomes not collected. Leaves to c. 1 cm high (one large one collected); lamina to c. 35 x 26 cm, broadly ovate-cordate, dark green; veins raised on both sides; margins upturned towards base to give a cup-shaped appearance. Inflorescence erect, hidden amongst foliage, with musty aroma. Spathe with a a green lower part c. 6 cm long, tightly enclosing lower spadix; upper part c. 9 cm long, to 3.2 cm wide, white, curling over spadix but free from it. Spadix 10-11 cm long; sterile apical part c. 3.5 cm long; female part c. 2 cm long; male part c. 5.5 cm long. Several clumps and apparently adventive.
