Notes:
Small tree c. 5-6 m high, with smooth grey bark. Leaves tending 2-ranked on young downward inclined shoots, shining above with impressed veins; margins ± undulate. Flowers not quite mature. Sepals 7-9 mm, broad ovate. Petals to 3.3 cm long x 5-6 mm wide, ligulate, drooping. Fruit to 2.2 x 1.5 cm, obovoid, shining black when mature. Tree from different stock to 4793/CI [CHR 516493] which grew nearby.
