Notes:
Tree 5-6 m high; trunk stout. Leaves coriaceous, glaucous beneath, dark shining green above. Inflorescence with deep brown tomentose indumentum. Perianth c. 5 mm long, segments remaining erect, pale greenish with reddish-brown indumentum outside. Rare in this area.
