Near base of hill. Secondary forest of mixed indigenous and adventive species.
Notes:
Small tree c. 3 m high, with horizontal branches and a very open habit. Leaves glossy, dark green above. Fruit 1-3 at one leaf of a pair, 14-16 x12-14 mm, broad ellipsoid-oblong, shining pinkish-red or rose-red, tending laterally flattened. Locally common.
