[Rosa `Dupontii' ?]. Sprawling mass of branches and rootings stems - patch about 10m diameter, 1.5m high. Some red glandular hairs on stipules but none on pedicels or sepals. Leaves glabrous except for fine hairs on lower midrib. Pedicels and sepals with fine pale eglandular tomentum. Petals white 20-25mm. Flowers scented. Stigmas hairy, joined into a column. Old stems with thorns.
