Notes:
Shrub c.1m high. Young shoots, petioles and leaf midrib beneath rosy-purple. Leaf lamina with veins indented above. Flowers pendent. Hypanthium c.3cm long, rose. Sepals 1.7-2cm long, lanceolate oblong, rose, becoming green towards apex. Petals 1.4-1.5cm long, bright orange, obovate. Anthers pale brown at full anthesis. Style pink, > stamens.
