Habitat:
Open indigenous scrub.
Notes:
Small (young) tree c.2m high. Shoots shining brown. Buds purplish-brown, very resinous. Leaves slightly twisted. Cone backward pointing (1 only), 5cm long, narrow ovoid, greenish-yellow, asymmetric; umbo prickly. A single plant.
