Plant about 1.5m leaf shining purple green. Origin from seed grown by K. Boyer from Papua New Guinea (details unknown). Cultivated by K. Boyer, at 70 Opanuku Road. Buds ISSC 210 (very deep purple), distally paler to base. Petals more or less same length as tepals. Sheets A and B.
