Habitat:
Fairly open steep slope, with low intermittent scrub and rock outcrops.
Notes:
Large tufted herb. Leaves in rosettes, shining green above with pale midrib, shortly pilose, white beneath with green midrib. Scape shaggy. Phyllaries dark brownish. Rays white, 2.5cm to 2.8cm long. Fairly common.
