Habitat:
Scrub cleared area, rather swampy.
Notes:
Erect herb with rhizomes. Stems terete, pink. Leaves glaucous - white beneath, with scattered pellucid glandular spots, eventually leaf pink. Calyx fringed with black glands. Corolla yellow, reddish in bud, with marginal black glands in distal part. Anthers orange. Locally common.
