Habitat:
Open slope with large herb clumps.
Notes:
Clump-forming herb. Leaves with petiole and lamina midrib (basal part) purple, former channelled above. Phyllaries dark brown towards apex. Rays white, 1.5-1.8cm long, fimbriate towards apex. Fairly common.
